Garnet L. (Reynolds) Lanthier, age 84 of Toronto passed away Monday, April 11, 2016 at her home.

She was born December 27, 1931 in Toronto the daughter of the late George "Windy" Reynolds and Catherine (Wagner) Reynolds.

She was a member of the Toronto First United Methodist Church and the Toronto High School Alumni Association. She was a 1949 graduate of Toronto High School; was retired from the Silverbird Casino as a customer relations director and also from the Maxim Hotel as a dealer both in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Garnet was preceded in death by her parents; first husband Don Kabana and second husband Richard Lanthier; brothers Danny, Raymond and Robert Reynolds; sisters Madeline and Geraldine Reynolds, Betty Lucenti and Sandra Kay Irwin.

She is survived by her daughters Joni L. Kabana of Portland, OR and Kelly K. (Chris) Williams of Gahanna, OH; grandchildren Ben, Aaron and Bryan Opsahl and Kirstin and Spencer Williams;  longtime companion Jim Prayso and caregiver Cristina Lucas.

Arrangements for Garnet are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto and are private at the convenience of her family.
