Gary A. Rushing - Age 43 - of Bloomingdale, Ohio, died Tuesday, April 16, 2002 at the Trinity Medical Center-West Steubenville.He was born June 3, 1958 in Limestone, MaineGary is a member of the Jehovah''s Witness Kingdom Hall of Wintersville.He was the longest living quadraplegic on a respitator in the world.Gary served in the U.S. Army having served in North Korea and Panama. He was preceded in death by his father - Delbert W.
