Gerald M. "Jerry" Fowler, Sr., age 86 of Empire, OH passe away Thursday, March 17, 2022 at the Weirton Medical Center.

He was born October 22, 1935 in Bellaire, OH the son of the late Everett and Emily (Thather) Fowler. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Marion C. (Davis) Fowler in 2002 whom he married April 1, 1953 and daughters, Regina Search and Annette Tond.

Jerry was a member of the Wellsville VFW and the former Toronto VFW and the Wellsville FOP Lodge. He was retired from the Anthony Mining Co. as a truck driver and mechanic.

He is survived by his sons, Gerald M. Fowler, Jr. of North Carolina, Arthur (Debbie) Fowler, Sr. of Empire, OH Herman (Sharon) Fowler of North Carolina, Kenneth Fowlar of Toronto, OH and Donald Fowler of Amsterdam, OH; daughters, Kathleen Fowler of Empire, OH and Karen (Charles) Weaver of Stratton, OH. Several grandchildren and great-grandchildren survive.

Jerry's arrangements are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto and will be private at his family's convenience.
