Taggart, Age 84, of Toronto, died Wednesday, February 13, 2002 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.He was born August 18, 1917 in Port Homer, Ohio the son of the late Emery and Emma Vantilburg Taggart.Gerald is a member of the Riverview United Methodist Church, Toronto.Gerald was a 1936 Graduate of Toronto High School.Gerald is retired from the former Crawford - Taggart Market in Stratton, Ohio. He was Co-Owner of the market.He was preceded in death by his parents, wife; Betty J. (Lee ) Taggart who passed away in 1955 and whom he married May 29, 1943; 3 Brothers; Donald, Lyndale and Gilbert Taggart; 5 Sisters; Blanch Bartels, Loretta Moore, Mae Owens, Ruth Taggart and Doris Tice.Gerald''s Survivors are:Son: Richard L.
