Geraldine "Jeri" Duke, age 83 of Toronto, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at her home.

Born July 21, 1931 in Toronto, she is a daughter of the late James and Hazel (Marble) Duke.

She is retired as both a Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist, and most recently had been a long time volunteer at the Duke University Medical Center's Heart Center. She was also involved for many years with the Toronto High School Alumni Association.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by four sisters, Mrs. Pauline Stone, Mrs. Helen Skinner, Miss Joan (Joann) Duke, and Mrs. Phyllis Jones.

Jeri is survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.

In keeping with Jeri's wishes, there will be no public visitation or service, all arrangements are private at the convenience of her family.

Contributions in Jeri's name may be sent to either the Duke University Heart Center, or the Toronto High School Alumni Association.
