H. Josephine Cochran - Age 81 - of Township Road 244 - Toronto passed away Friday - February 23rd at the Sienna Woods Nursing Center - Wintersville.She was born November 15, 1925 in Wellsville the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Pressler Davis.Josephine is a member of the Hill Top Presbyterian Church of Toronto. Her other memberships include: Knox Township Grange / Knoxville Volunteer Fire Department Auxillary / Jefferson County Farm Bureau and the Ohio Retired Teachers Association of which she was a Life Member.She is a graduate of the David Anderson High School - Lisbon, Ohio and a graduate of Kent State University - Kent, OhioJosephine is retired after 30 years as an elementary school teacher in the Edison Local School District at the former Knoxville Elementary School.She was preceded in death by: Parents / Husband - Raymond S. Cochran who passed away June 8, 1988 / Sister - Irene Stocks who passed away in 1990 / Brother - John P.
