Taggart - Age 95 - of Toronto passed away Friday - March 9th at the Trinity Medical Center - West, Steubenville.He was born March 24, 1911 in Port Homer, Ohio the son of the late John Emory and Emma Vantilburg Taggart.Harold is a member of the Northside Community Church of East Liverpool, OhioHe is retired from the National Steel Corporation - Weirton Steel Co. - Weirton, W.Va. where he was a crane operator.Harold was preceded in death by: Wife - Nellie M. (Grimm) Taggart who passed away December 9, 1996 and whom he married November 17, 1937 / 5 Brothers - Donald, Lyndale, Gilbert, John and Gerald Taggart / 5 Sisters - Blanche Bartels, Mae Cutri, Doris Tice, Loretta Moore and Ruth Bryer.His survivors are:2 Sons: Wayne Taggart and wife Barbara of Cisco, Texas Donald J.
