Harry W. Bartels - Age 66 - of State Route 152 Toronto, Ohio died Thursday February 22, 2001 at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center - Pittsburgh, Pa. of natural causes.
He was born December 21, 1934 in Knox Township, Ohio the son of the late Frederick William and Eunice E. Hudson Bartels.
He is a 1953 graduate of Jefferson Union High School ( Edison Local ) and is a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Harry retired as a volunteer fireman for the Knoxville Volunteer Fire Department.
He is retired from the Knox Township, Ohio Highway Department serving as Road Supervisor having served for 28 years.
Mr. Bartels was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, George Bartels He is survived by: Wife: Lydia I. Anderson Bartels of the home whom he married October 15, 1982. 1 Son: Terry E.
