Harry w. Loy - age 63 - of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Sunday - August 1, 2010 at the Trinity Medical Center - West Steubenville, OhioHe was born December 29, 1946 in Steubenville the son of the late Victor and Wanita Marie Sines Loy.Harry is a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.His survivors are:Sister: Phyllis Fisher of Steubenville, OhioBrothers: Victor M., Clarence and John T.
