Henry R. LeBlanc - Age 95 - of Toronto, died Saturday - November 23, 2002 at Trinity Medical Center West of natural causes.He was born November 12, 1907 in Newark, Ohio the son of the late Earl and Marie Schwanke LeBlanc.Henry is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Toronto.He is a member of the Toronto High School Alumni Association, 50 year member of Toronto Masonic Lodge #583, Steubenville Commandry No. 11 Knights Templer, and a 50 year member of Osiris Shrine Columbus, Ohio.Henry is a 1926 graduate of Toronto High School, a 1930 graduate of Muskingham College where he received his bachelor''s degree, and a graduate of Ohio State University where he received his master''s degree.Henry is retired as dean of boys of Toronto High School. He served on the Jefferson County Board of Elections from 1970 - 1974 and worked for the State of Ohio Department of Welfare.Henry was the owner of the former Quality Shop from 1948 - 1960He was preceded in death by: Parents / his first wife Thelma C.
