Henry C. Stovall, Sr. - Age 91 - of Toronto passed away Sunday, August 4, 2002 at the Carriage Inn of Cadiz.He was born January 18, 1911, in Richwood, WV., the son of the late Murray and alice Rose Stovall.Henry is a member of the Toronto First Church of the Nazarene. He is a U.S. Army veteran of WWII, having served in the European Theatre of Operations. He also received the Bronze Star Medal.Henry is retired from the former Toronto Paperboard Company, where he was a machine tender and a foreman.He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Kathleen May Ullom Stovall, whom he married July 12, 1938 and who passed away October 28, 2001; a son Gary Stovall, who passed away in 1990; two brothers, Mason and Dale Stovall; and two sisters, Audrey Harris and Goldie Stovall.Henry is survived by two sons, Eugene and Henry Stovall Jr., both of Toronto, Ohio; one sister, Mae Refl of Phoenix, Arizona; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Friends and family will be received for visitation from 7-9 Tuesday and 2-4 & 7-9 Wednesday at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main Street, Toronto, Ohio 740-537-1234 or 800-588-1446Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 AM Thursday with the Reverend Dennis Kelley officiating. Burial will follow at the Toronto Union Cemetery.
