Jacob Michael Yeager, age 24 of Wellsville, OH passed away as a result of an automobile accident Wednesday, August 30, 2017.

He was born February 25, 1993 in Steubenville, OH.

Jacob attended the Cornerstone Church of Toronto, OH

He was preceded in death by his step-mother, Lari-Ann Yeager in 2011.

Jacob is survived by his son, Mayson Yeager the son of Jacob M. Yeager and Macy Gibbs of Toronto, OH; mother, Michelle (Zack) Sivert of Wellsville, OH; father, Jon D. Yeager of Toronto, OH; sisters, Haley Sivert of Toronto, OH, Karly Sivert of Wellsville, OH, Mylie Powley of Hammondsville, OH and Miah Crawford of Wellsville, OH; brother, Bentley Crawford of Wellsville, OH; maternal grandmother, Debbie Beatty of Follansbee, WV; maternal grandfather, Robert Zack of New York; paternal grandfather, Gary (Sarah) Yeager of Bloomingdale, OH; paternal grandmother, Patricia Yeager of Toronto, OH; niece, Alaynah Bates; brother-n-law, Steven Bates of Toronto, OH and his companion, Justin Crooms of Salineville, OH. Several aunts, uncles and cousins survive.

Visitation hours for Jacob will be held 2-4 & 6-8 Monday, September 4th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH

A celebration service Jacob's life will be held 11 A.M. Tuesday, September 5th at the funeral home with Pastor Raul Diaz officiating. Interment will follow at the Toronto Union Cemetery
