Jacqueline "Jackie" Virginia Horkulic, age 81 of Toronto, OH passed away Friday, August 29, 2014 at the UPMC-Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.

She was born August 10, 1933 in Port Homer, OH the daughter of the late Martin and Anna (Dunlevy) Tice.

Jackie was a member of the St. Joseph Byzantine Catholic Church of Toronto and as a child she had attended the Empire United Methodist Church.
Jackie was preceded in death by parents; first husband, Byrl Grose; second husband, Joseph Horkulic; son, David Grose; brothers, William and Robert Tice; sisters, Betty Mayhew, Ruth Abrams, Marilyn Emery and Jo Ann Morris. She is survived by her daughter, Susan A.(Charles) Long of Bergholz, OH; sons, Gail H. (Sandi) Grose of Golfport, FL, Joseph M.(Debbie) Horkulic, Jr. of Toronto, OH, John M. Horkulic of Spring Hill, FL and Jeffrey S. (Becky) Horkulic of Steubenville, OH; grandchildren, Benjerman, Jeremiah, Jessica and Joseph III Horkulic. Stephenie (Bill) McGee. Brad (Lori) Long, Gretchen Long and Anthony Forester; great-grandchildren, Malaya, Blake, Amiah, Colton, Destiny, Harper and Hannah; brother, Ted (Rosemary) Tice of Independence, MO. Visitation hours for Jackie will be held 1-4 and 6-9 Thursday, September 4th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH. A Requiem Divine Liturgy will be celebrated 10:00 A.M. Friday, September 5th at the St. Joseph Byzantine Catholic Church, Toronto with celebrant The Reverend Father John Kapitan, Jr. OFM. Interment will follow at the Toronto Union Cemetery.
