James L. Batcho, age 72, of Toronto passed away Monday, February 20, 2012 at the Lancia Villa Royale, Steubenville, Ohio.He was born December 28, 1930 in Steubenville, Ohio the son of the late John and Susie Rood Batcho.Jim served his country in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War Era and was a member of the Toronto V.F.W.
