James O. Hill Sr., age 84 of Steubenville, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at the Lancia Villa Vista in Steubenville.Born December 24, 1927 in Jefferson County, he is a son of the late Jess P. and Mary M. (Wright) Hill Sr. He was a member of the former Center Chapel United Methodist Church, and was self-employed as a plumber.In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers, Scott, Glenn, and Harold Hill.Jim''s survivors include, three daughters, Mrs. Pamela S. Larkins and her husband Frank of Toronto, Mrs. Diane C. Woodrum and her husband Roger of Dillonvale, Mrs. Carrie Oliver and her husband Dave "Ollie" of Chester, WV; a son James O. Hill Jr. of Weirton, WV; two brothers, Jess P. Hill Jr. and his wife Helen of Toronto, Raymond Hill and his wife Beverly of Carrollton; six sisters, Mrs. Jean Anderson of Annapolis, OH, Mrs. Avella Dennis and her husband Ralph of Steubenville, Mrs. Susan Pelleguini and her husband Bill of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl, Mrs. Barbara Litten and her husband Gail of Virginia, Mrs. Mary Lou Gurby and her husband Ray of Virginia, Mrs. Erma Gribbon and her husband Sonny of Wintersville; Sixteen Grandchildren; and Twenty-Five Great-Grandchildren.Family and friends will gather for visitation on Sunday, February 26, 2012 from 5-8 P.M. at the Clarke Funeral Home a
