Janet E. McClelland, age 83 of Toronto, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2003 at Trinity Medical Center West-Steubenville.Born April 1, 1920 in Broadacre Ohio, she is a daughter of the late John and Ella Hill McClelland. She is a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Toronto.She was a homemaker.In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother Leroy McClelland.Janet''s survivors include one niece Miss Gwynn Snyder of Ohio, and very special friend Bonnie Wilson and her husband Thomas of Toronto.Family and friends will gather for visitation from 2-4 & 6-8P.M. on Wednesday September 10, 2003 at the Clarke Funeral Home 302 Main St. Toronto. 740-537-1234/800-588-1446A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2003 at 1:30P.M. at the Funeral Home.
