Scott, Sr. - Age 81 - of County Road 56, Toronto passed away Tuesday - October 30th at the Valley Hospice Palliative Care Unit - Steubenville.He was born July 13, 1926 in Steubenville the son of the late Harry C. and Sallie Vanconia Scott.Jay is a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church - SteubenvilleHe was an avid gardener and is a Korean War veteran having served in Korea as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army.Jay was preceded in death by: Parents / 3 brothers - George, twin brother Fay and Carl Scott / 4 sisters - Almeda Butler, Garnet Gribben, Thelma Steel and Vivian Laibach.His survivors are:Wife: Geneva S.
