Jeffrey K. Scalley, age 58 of Toronto passed away Sunday, May 29, 2016 at his home.

He was born March 11, 1958 in Steubenville, OH the son of the late William Edward and Lillian Elizabeth (Smith) Scalley.

He was a 1976 graduate of Toronto High School; had been previously employed at the First Energy Sammis power plant, Stratton, OH and was currently employed at the Titanium Metals Corporation in Toronto, OH.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother.

He is survived by his brothers Gary R. Scalley of Las Vegas, NV, Butch E. (Theresa) Scalley and Terry L.  (Karen) Scalley all of Toronto, OH.

Arrangements for Jeff are private at the convenience of the family and are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto, OH.
