Joan Elaine Chevalier, age 73 of Toronto, OH passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at her son Glen''s home.

She was born June 18, 1941 in Steubenville, OH the daughter of the late Edward Carlos and Mary Louise (Mahoney) Perkins.

Joan was a kitchen aid at the Michael Myers Complex in Toronto and loved to spend time with her boys.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Clark Perkins. Joan is survived by her sons, Jeff L. Chevalier of Minerva, OH, Glen E. Chevalier and companion Kathy Hart of Toronto, Robert L. (Sally) Chevalier of Sycamore, OH, Jody E. Chevalier of Hilo, HI and James D. Chevalier of Stuttgart, Germany; grandchildren, Clint, Bryce, Mallory, Owen, Alexia and Eli; Joan''s twin sister, June Ferrelli of Steubenville, OH; brother, Jack (Renate) of Wintersville, OH; former husband, Gene (Sherma) Chevalier of Irondale, OH. Visitation hours for Joan will be held 6 to 8 P.M. Friday, October 31st and also 2 to 4 P.M. Saturday, November 1st at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH. Memorial contributions in memory of Joan may be made to the American Cancer Society.
