John Henry Bricker of Toronto died 24 July 2005 the son of Luther C. & Estella M. Gladfelter Bricker, born 25 February 1936 in York, Pennsylvania. He is the seventh great grand son of Casper Glattfelder and Nicholas Bricker, both arriving in America before 1750. (Pleas note - Gladfelter and Glattfelder are correct as written)He is survived by wife Astrid Rogalski Bricker, Daughter Denise Bricker (Ken) Crowley of Brooklyn, New York and son Jonathan (Sue Sutton) Bricker of Carmel, Indiana. Grand children Henry & Cadence Crowley and Julia Bricker.He served, as Vice-President of Guy Johnston Construction Company, was associated with Cattrell Co. of Toronto and retired from Di Cicco Contracting, Coraopolis, PA He also served as a trustee of Carpenter''s Local #186, President of Dyer Country Club of Toronto. Served as Deacon & Elder with Toronto First Presbyterian Church, and member of Casper Glattfelder Association of America.He was a graduate of Montgomery Blair High School, Silver Spring, Maryland and the State University of New York, Farmingdale.He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.He was an adherent of Frank Lloyd Wright and built his residence in accordance with the idea that man exists as part of nature, not apart from it.Services are private.
