John R. "Dick" Wiley, Jr., age 77, of Toronto (Sugar Grove) Ohio passed away Sunday July 8, 2012 at his home.
He was born May 11, 1935 in Steubenville, Ohio the son of the late John R. Wiley, Sr. and Esther L. Greenwood Wiley.
Dick was a member of the Sugar Grove United Methodist Church and the Dyer Country Club where he loved to golf with his friends.
He was retired from the Laborers Local Union #809 out of Steubenville. Dick was preceded in death by his parents; wife a
