John N. Thomas, age 49 of Wellsville, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at the East Liverpool City Hospital.Born November 8, 1961 in Steubenville, he is a son of the late William R. Thomas Sr. who passed away September 27, 2004 and Dorothy V. (Brandle) Thomas who survives. John is a 1980 Graduate of the former Stanton (Edison Local) High School. He is Nazarene by faith, and worked with the Laborers Local #809 (Steubenville) and the Laborers Local #1149 (Wheeling); He also served his country as a member of the U.S. Army.John''s survivors include, his mother, Mrs. Dorothy V. (Brandle) Thomas of Wellsville, Ohio; a daughter Miss Carrie J. Thomas of Toronto; a son Christopher J. Thomas of Wellsville; a brother William R. Thomas Jr. and his wife Susan of Salineville; Three Grandsons, Kaedyn, Karson, and Kale Ellison of Toronto; his former spouse Ms. Jean Rae Thomas Lawrence; and many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
