Jonna Lynn "Babe" Miller, age 68 of Toronto passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022.

She was born October 5, 1953 in Steubenville the daughter of the late John Quincy and Della Dorthea (Stock) Biddle.

Babe was a 1971 graduate of Toronto High School; her memberships include, past president of the Toronto Fraternal of Eagles Aerie 1276 Auxiliary; Steubenville American Legion Post #33 Auxiliary and was a life member of the V.F.W. Post # 5532 Auxiliary of Washingtonville, Ohio.

She was retired as an insurance agent for the American General Insurance Co.

Babe was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Wayne Miller, Sr. in 2011 whom she married July 27, 1979; step grandson, Zachary Miller; brothers, John Biddle, Robert and Jay Stock; sisters, Lida Daugherty, Margaret Swick, Janet Smearman, Gretchen Janelle and Helen "Putty" Hall.

She is survived by her daughter, Kellie Lynn (Rob Bartley) Miller of Steubenville; son, Kenneth Wayne Miller, Jr. of Toronto; grandchildren, Kennedy and Braelynn Lease; sister, Lynn Poley of Bridgeton, ME; step-daughters, Kathleen A. (Larry White) Miller, Kendra S. (James) Westlake and Karen M. (Jason Pearce) Allas all of Toronto; step-grandchildren, Christina and Joey Westlake and her dear friend Huberta Sicilliano. Babe's dog Fireball and cat Trouble and her dog Buddy who passed in 2021.

Visitation hours will be held 1-3 and 5-7 Saturday, February 5th at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto followed by a celebration of Babe's life service at 7 PM Saturday with the Reverend Susan Clegg officiating. Interment will take place at the Sugar Grove Union Cemetery at a later date.
