Josephine C. Lamantia - Age 91 - of Toronto, Ohio died Tuesday October 9, 2001 at Trinity Medical Center West - Steubenville, Ohio.
Josephine was born in Toronto, Ohio the daughter of the late Anthony and Josephine Calcagno Lamantia.
She was a member of the St. Francis Roman Catholic Church - Toronto, Ohio.
Josephine was preceded in death by: Parents / 1 Brother - Phillip Lamantia / 2 Sisters: Theresa Calabrese and Rosemary Finesman.
Her survivors are:
1 Brother: Anthony Lamantia of Toronto, Ohio 2 Sisters: Esther Pavia of Toronto, Ohio Rita Ventolo of Toronto, Ohio Several nieces and nephews also survive. By Josephine''s request, there will be no visitation hours. Friends and family are invited to attend a Funeral Liturgy with Mass 10:00 AM Thursday October 11, 2001 at St. Francis Roman Catholic Church - Findley Street, Toronto, Ohio, with Monsignor Roger Foys officiating. Burial will be at Toronto Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Josephine may be made to St. Francis Central School - 601 Loretta Avenue, Toronto, Ohio 43964. Arrangements by: Clarke Funeral Home - 302 Main Street, Toronto 740-537-1234 or 800-588-1446.
