Joy Lee Ziarko age 84 of Toronto passed away Saturday March 4, 2023 peacefully at her home.

Joy was born October 22, 1938 in Shinston, WV the daughter of the late Leroy and Daisy (Hanning) Moore.

Joy was a homemaker and had been formerly employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Ziarko whom she married December 22, 1973; daughters, Elizabeth "Tammy" Mullins and Daisy Egnew; Grandson Nicholas Blackburn ; brothers, Roy "Bud" Moore and Roger Moore; sisters, Juanita Barnett, Agnes Ayers and Kitty Ellison.

Joy is survived by her son, Thomas Ziarko; sister, Karen Morris; three grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

The arrangements for Joy will be private and are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home – Toronto
