Juanita E. McClelland - Age 83 - of Toronto,Ohio,died Monday-April 23,2001 at Trinity Medical Center-West Steubenville.
Juanita was born September 23,1917 in St.Marys,W.Va., the daughter of the late John V. and Julia E. Schaffer Sciance.
She is a member of the North River Ave.church of Christ-Toronto.
She is also a member of the Buckeye Senior Citizens of Steubenville.
Juanita is retired as a sales representative for the Avon Co.
She is preceded in death by: Parents / Husband-Howard C.McClelland who passed away October 27,1999 and whom she married February 4,1947 / Three brothers-Chester,Raleigh and Ernest Sciance / Two sisters-Audrey Carman and Thelma Miller. Juanita''s survivors are: Son: Lee McClelland & wife Sheryl of Toronto Brother: Eugene Sciance & wife Edie of Toronto Sister: Neve ''''Jo'''' Sciance of Follansbee,W.Va. Two grandsons: Ryne and Ian McClelland of Toronto Several nieces,nephews & cousins Visitation hours will be held 2-4 & 7-9 Thursday at Clarke Funeral Home-302 Main St.-Toronto. 740-537-1234 OR 800-588-1446. A funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday - April 27,2001 at the funeral home with Pastor Robert Hanze officiating. Burial will be at the Toronto Union Cemetery-Toronto.
