Katharine Francy "Kay" Cattrell, a former resident of Toronto, OH passed away Thursday, March 19, 2015 at the Hospice of the Valley, Poland, OH.

Kay and Don moved from Toronto in 1981 and relocated to Hendersonville, N.C. Mom just returned to Ohio in the fall of 2013. She relocated in Poland, OH to be close to her son Mitch and daughter-in-law Kathy. She was a remarkably strong woman in her beliefs and her love for her family. She will be missed as our mom, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend. No words can describe our loss.

She was a member of the Pinecrest Presbyterian Church of Flat Rock, NC
Kay was born November 11, 1930 in Toronto the daughter of the late Jefferson Bushfield and Katherine Francy Bushfield. She was also preceded in death by her step-mother, Catherine Dickey Bushfield; husband, Don Cattrell in 2013 whom she married in March of 1947 having been married for 66 years.; sons, Jeff Cattrell in 2011 and David Cattrell in 2012; sister, Louise Watson in 1999; brother-in-law, Brenard Watson in 2006; daughter-in-law Cheryl Cattrell in 1995. She is survived by her daughter, Susan (Nick) Fuscardo of Brea, CA; son, Mitch (Kathy) Cattrell of Columbiana, OH; grandchildren, Jeff (Kristi) Cattrell of Tennessee, Brian (Christine) Cattrell of North Carolina, Julie (Ed) Sigenfuse of California, Marci (Chris) Pinney of California, Joey Fuscardo of California, Katie (J.D. Taylor) Cattrell of Pennsylvania, David (Marie) Cattrell of South Carolina, Rollins Cattrell of South Carolina, Ben Cattrell of Ohio, Adam Cattrell of Maine; great-grandchildren, Griffin and Olivia Cattrell, Guy, Sofia and Gianna Sigenfuse, Nico and Carmella Pinney and Henry Cattrell; daughters-in-law, Amy Cattrell of South Carolina and Lynn Cattrell of Tennessee. A memorial visitation for Kay will be held 1 to 4 P.M. Sunday, March 22nd at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main Street, Toronto, OH. Memorial contributions in memory of Kay may be made to the Pinecrest Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 421, Flat Rock, NC, 28731
