Kay Lorraine Locke, 74, of Steubenville, OH passed away on November 22, 2024 at Valley Hospice Care Center North surrounded by family. Kay was born on April 14, 1950 to the late Ira A. and Elma (Cougar) Locke.  Kay was a homemaker for most of her life, loved to watch animals, cook for the family, baking, family gatherings, Bingo, and loved her grandkids.  She leaves behind the love of her life her husband of 45 years Todd Parker, she is survived by three sons Ira (Jennifer) Locke of Irondale, Arnold (Jennifer) Locke of Steubenville, and Robert (Kristy) Locke of Pottery Addition, grandchildren Cameron (Hayley) Locke of Richmond, Quentin Locke of Irondale, Brittany (Daniel) Brick of Port Washington, OH, Destany Locke of Pottery Addition, Cody Locke of Coshocton, OH, and Spencer Locke of Steubenville, and two great grandson Bowyn and Rowan Locke, one sister Myrna Solomon of Toronto, OH.  Viewing will be on Tuesday November 26, 2024, at Clarke Funeral Home 302 Main Street Toronto, OH from 6 to 8 pm.
