Kelly Sue (Davis) Spence, age 50 of Steubenville, a former Toronto, OH resident, passed away Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville.

She was born March 11, 1965 in Steubenville, OH the daughter of the late John Thomas Davis and Nancy Jane (Utzler) Davis.

Kelly is survived by her sons, John Spence and Sean Spence both of Toronto, OH; sister, Melissa Jane Davis of Wintersville, OH  and her husband Doug Spence of Toronto, OH. c

Arrangements and interment at the Sugar Grove Cemetery for Kelly will be private at the convenience of her family.
