Kenneth Albert "Ken" Mizell, age 57 of Toronto, OH passed away Monday, January 16, 2017 at the Weirton Medical Center, Weirton, WV.

He was born June 4, 1959 in Steubenville, OH the son of the late Ottis and Catherine (Divelbiss) Mizell.

Ken was a 1977 graduate of Toronto High School; loved to work on old cars, remodel houses and golf.

He was employed at the First Energy Company Sammis Plant in Stratton, OH as a boat captain.

Ken is survived by his wife, Elyse Ann (Foringer) Mizell whom he married February 18, 1978; daughters, Elissa A. (Matthew) Lockhart of Wellsville, OH, Kelley A. (Tim) Malara of Steubenville, OH and Catherine E. Scalise of Toronto, OH; grandchildren, Nathan Mizell, Dylan and Ashton Scalise, Dillon, Elizabeth and Charles Lockhart; sisters, Marilyn (Dave) Cortez of Reynoldsburg, OH and Cheryl (James) Price of East Liverpool, OH.

Visitation hours for Ken will be held 1-4 & 6-9 Friday, January 20th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH. Additional visitation from 10 to 11 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.

A celebration service of Ken's life will be held 11 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Mike Ingole officiating. Interment will follow at the Island Creek Cemetery
