He was born April 25, 1927 in Mingo Jct., OH the son of the late Clair Kenneth and Lucy Huggins Swiger.
Kenny had attended the Bray''s Chapel United Methodist Church; was a member of the Odd Fellows, Lifetime member of the Toronto American Legion Post# 86, Toronto V,F.W. Post # 6906, Toronto Order of Eagles Aerie # 1276.
