Kenneth C. Waggoner, Jr. - Age 28 - of Toronto passed away Sunday - December 11, 2005 at the Wayne Memorial Hospital - Homesdale, Pennsylvania.He was born October 19, 1977 in Steubenville, Ohio.Kenneth was an avid golfer and was a football coach for Toronto High School.
