Kenny Bill was born June 8, 1944 in Steubenville, Ohio, the son of the late William ''''Phil'''' McClelland and Irene Miller McClelland of Toronto, Ohio who survives.
He is a member of the Riverview United Methodist Church of Toronto.
Kenny Bill''s memberships include: Toronto American Legion Post #86, Toronto Athletic Boosters Club, life member of the Toronto High School Alumni Association, former member of the Toronto Volunteer Fire Department and a 1963 graduate of Toronto High School.
He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the Vietnam War Era.
Kenny Bill was a custodian at Toronto High School for the Toronto School System.
