Kevin Allen Gray, age 44 of Toronto passed away unexpectedly Thursday, June 4, 2026.

He was the son of the late Ronald Eugene Flesher and his mother Tammie Sue (Gray) Flesher who survives.

Kevin was in fire service since he was 15 years old; was a member of the Empire Volunteer Fire Department and formerly a member of the Knoxville Volunteer Fire Department and served on the Jefferson County Tanker Taskforce.

He was a graduate of Toronto High School, was an avid Ohio State football fan, loved to fish and was employed by the Weirton Medical Center as a facility employee.

Kevin was preceded in death by father, Ronald Eugene Flesher in 2025; paternal grandparents, Louis and Opal Flesher; maternal grandparents, Donald and Norma Gray and uncle, Edwin Spencer

Kevin’s family includes: his daughter, Emma Gray; mother, Tammie Sue (Gray) Flesher, fiancée, Jennifer Baase; step-son, Cameron Mueller and brother, Thomas Allen Wolfe and his large firefighting family.

Visitation hours for Kevin will take place Monday, June 15th from 3 to 6 PM at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.

A celebration service of Kevin’s life will be celebrated 11 AM Tuesday, June 16th at the funeral home.

Fireman honors will take place following Kevin’s service at the funeral home at the Empire Volunteer Fire Department, Empire, OH
