Lila Ireta Roth, Age 64 of Steubenville, passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2003 at her residence.Born June 18, 1939 in Toronto, she is the daughter of the late Roy and Anna Kersey Galloway and was a homemaker.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three brothers, Junior "Sonny" Galloway, Russell "Butch" Galloway, and an infant brother Harold Galloway. Five sisters, Annabelle Goray, Florence "Dutch" Goray, Ruth "Dodie" Woods, Violet Carol Montgomery, and an infant sister Mary Louise Galloway. Two granddaughters, Jenifer Lynn Cross who passed away in 1982 and Amber Nicole Roth who passed away in 1987.Lila''s survivors include her husband of 47 years Thomas E. Roth, Sr. whom she married September 1, 1956. Two sons, Thomas E. Roth, Jr. and his wife Carla of Richmond, and Roger Roth and his wife Tammy of Toronto; one daughter Lila A. Cross and her companion Johnny Cross, Jr. at home; one sister Roxie Gault and her husband Larry of New Somerset, two grandsons, Joshua and Noah Roth of Richmond, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews.Family and friends will gather for visitation on Thursday, September 4, 2003 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main Street, Toronto, OH. 740-537-1234 or 800-588-1446A funeral service will be held on Friday September 5, 2003 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Pastor Tommy Mills officiating.
