was born January 31, 1928 in Parkersburg, WV, the daughter of the late William and Icy Pearl Miller.

Lillie Belle was an active member of Hill Top Presbyterian Church, previously serving as a deacon and playing an integral role in the choir. Lillie Belle spent much of her free time gardening and knitting. She was a long-time member, and former president of her local garden club; additionally, she worked closely with Busy Needles ministry, donating many of her needlework creations to those in need.

In addition to her parents and 7 siblings, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Paul Taylor in 1994, whom she married August 30, 1947, and their youngest son, Kent S. Taylor in 2012.

Lillie Belle is survived by sons Van M. (Jackie) Taylor, Brian L. (Mary Dee) Taylor and daughter-in-law Cheryl; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Lille Belle's celebration of life service will be held at the Island Creek Cemetery Pavilion on Saturday, February 3, at 12 p.m. Interment will follow the service.
