Lisa Marie Rowe age 45 a homemaker of Steubenville passed away Tuesday, August 24,2021 at the Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.

She was born November 7, 1975 in Columbus, OH the daughter of the late Harry George Bickerstaff and Amanda (Runyon) Robertson who survives.

Lisa was a 1994 graduate of Toronto High School.

She is survived by her husband, Randy S. Rowe whom she married October 31, 2011; mother, Amanda (Runyon) Robertson and father, Dan Robertson of Toronto; son, R.J. Rowe of Steubenville; daughter, Carolynn K. Reed and husband James of Steubenville; grandchildren, Lilee and Cindee; brother's, Karl Bickerstaff of Toronto and Danny Robertson and wife Patricia and sister Dee Robertson all of Destin, FL.

Arrangements for Lisa are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto and will be private at the convenience of her family.
