Lisa Carter Flanagan passed away on July 24th 2025. She was a resident of Toronto, Ohio where she lived happily for the past 12 yrs with her husband Harold Flanagan and her step son Andrew. Lisa is survived by her mother Peggy Dotsin and her sister Peggy Ann Zwak and her husband Clay,1 brother Eddie Murray and wife Diana. She has 1 daughter Kristen and 3 grandchildren Talon, Kelli and Arianna. Lots of Aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father Robert Carter. Lisa loved life and was always happy. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Lisa's arrangements are private and are entrusted to the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
