She was born May 2, 1966 in Steubenville, OH

Lisa was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Swiger, Sr.; mother Sylvia Jane (Search) Turner and step-father Francis Dwain Turner.
She is survived by her father: Billy E. Whaley and step-mother Brenda Gale (Fipps) Whaley of Little River, S.C.; son: Robert D. Swiger, Jr. of Steubenville, OH; daughter: Kaitlyn R. Swiger of Empire, OH; granddaughters: Emma J. Miller and Samantha L. Swiger; sisters: Carol D. (Dan) Pilkington of Steubenville, OH and Kelley K. (Eric) Skidmore of Toronto, OH; brother Steve E. Whaley of Supply, N.C.; fiancAC.: Edward A. Kosikowski of Steubenville, OH; several step-siblings in Ohio, North Carolina and Tennessee. Visitation hours for Lisa will be held from 5 to 8 P.M. Thursday, June 19th and from 9 to 10 A.M. Friday, June 20th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main Street, Toronto. 740-537-1234 or 1-855-847-1240.
