Cattrell - Age 86 - of Toronto, passed away Monday - May 5, 2003 at the Weirton Medical Center - Weirton, W.Va.She was born October 9, 1916 in Midland, Pa., the daughter of the late Regis and Helen Louise Phillips.Louise is a member of the St.Francis Roman Catholic Church of Toronto.She is a 1935 graduate of Toronto High School and a member of the Toronto High School Alumni Association.Louise was formerly employed at the former Follansbee Steel Co. of Toronto and the former Steubenville Pottery of Steubenville.She was preceded in death by: Parents / 3 Brothers - Alvin, Jack and Regis Phillips / Sister - Marjorie Blanton.Louise''s survivors are:Husband: George V.
