Lovie D. (Stella) Baker, age 87 of Steubenville, formerly of Toronto, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at her home.Born April 19, 1918 in Richwood, W. Va. She is a daughter of the late Henry Norman and Lillie Bell James Harper. She is a member of the Toronto First Church of the Nazarene, and was the owner and operator of Stella''s Pastry Shop in Toronto.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands, William F. Dixon, Ray Estelle, Emerson Gregory, and George F. Baker Jr. Seven brothers, Melvin, Fredrick, James, Emery, Roy, Luther, and Clarence Harper; three sisters, Emly, Arvena, and Flora Harper; and three Grandchildren, Rochelle and Bruce Glover, and Cynthia Movold.Lovie''s survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Ruth Innocent and her husband Anthony of Beaver Falls, Pa. Mrs. Lois A"JeanieA" Glover of Wellsville, OH. Mrs. Grace Yoho of Steubenville, Oh. (With whom she resided) and Mrs. Marion E. Hunter and her husband John of Toronto. Three sisters, Mrs. Beulah B. Boggs of Deming, New Mexico, Mrs. Dorothy P. Holley of South Charleston, W.Va. and Mrs. Rosie M. Jenkins of South Charleston, W.Va. Two brothers, Lester Harper of Ripley, W.Va. and Charles Harper of South Charleston, W.Va.
