Lucy J. Rex, age 58 of Richmond, formerly of Toronto, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2011.Born November 15, 1953 in Steubenville, she is a daughter of Kenneth F. Swiger and the late Betty Wells Swiger. She was a member of St. Francis Roman Catholic Church in Toronto and was a homemaker. Lucy is preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Betty (Wells) Swiger; two brothers, Robert "Bobby" Swiger and Larry Swiger.Lucy''s survivors include her father Kenneth F. Swiger; two daughters, Mrs. Bridget Adams and Mrs. Honey Hosenfeld, both of Mingo Junction, Ohio; a son Doug Cole and his wife Angeline of Toronto, Ohio; a fiancAC.e Ed Marshall of Richmond, Ohio; a sister Mrs. Debbie King and her husband Fred of Toronto, Ohio; and two brothers Kenneth C.
