Maebelle O. Mills, age 83 of Pinellas Park, Florida, Formerly of Wellsville, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2006 at The Columbia Northside Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida.Born January 21, 1923 in Wellsville, Ohio, she is a daughter of the late George and Maebelle Baldwin Manning. She is retired as a registered Nurse, having worked for and with the East Liverpool City Hospital, The Former Ohio Valley Hospital, and the Youngstown Hospital Association. She is a member of the Wellsville Order of Eastern Star # 417 and the Liberty Baptist Church in St. Petersburg.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three brothers, Fred, Floyd, and Edward Manning.Maebelle''s survivors include her husband Harry G. Mills Sr. of the home in Pinellas Park; two sons, Dr. Harry G. Mills Jr. and his wife Rose Marie of Pinellas Park, Florida, and William C.
