Obituary
Marcella Lou Powell, age 70 of Lisbon, OH passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at the East Liverpool City Hospital.
She is the daughter of the late James and Lydia Belle (Rood) Channels.
Marcella was a mother, grandmother and more. She loved and enjoyed her family.
She is survived by her husband, Vernon Lee Powell; children, Lisa Reed, Lori Gardner, Jamie Davis and Kelly Tanley, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Karen (Jim) Morris, Lydia (Jeanie) Chanels and brother, Danny (Pam) Channels.
Marcella's arrangements are private and are entrusted to the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
