Mark Edward Meeks, age 53 of Wintersville passed away June 8, 2022. He was born February 17, 1969 in Steubenville the son of the late Charles Arthur Meeks in 2015 and Diane Michelle Meeks in 2020. Mark was a 1987 graduate of Jefferson Union High School ; loved going to drag races,  playing the drums and guitar and riding his motorcycle. He had been employed by the Ergon Refinery in Newell, WV as a truck driver and recently as a dispatcher for Ancor Drilling Fluids Co. of Wellsville, OH. He is survived by his son, Corbin Clark and daughter, Cheyenne (Paul) Douglass all of Moundsville, WV; cousins, Larry (Patty) Sneathen, Rick Wilson, Robin Moser, Bill (Lauren) and Allan (Debbie) Finnical; nieces, Emma and Giada LoPrete; former wife, Dawn Welsch of Salem, OH; step-sons, Braedon and Zach (Kacy) Altman. Visitation hours for Mark will be held 5-8 PM Monday, June 13th and from 10  to 11 AM Tuesday, June 14th at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto. A celebration service of Mark's life will be held 11 AM Tuesday, June 14th at the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Greco officiating. Interment will follow at the Island Creek Cemetery.
