Mark Allen Willis, age 51 of Steubenville passed away at his home July 23,2023.

He was born April 12, 1972 in Steubenville the son of the late James Newman Willis 2018 and Sue Ellen (Willis) Clark in 2010. Also preceded in death by his brother, Jamie Willis in 1971.

Mark was a member of the First Christian Church of Steubenville and was retired from Wal-Mart Co. in Florida.

He is survived by his son, Devin Willis; sisters, Amy (Kevin) McKnight and Julie (Bob Carter) Willis and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation hours for Mark will be held 2 to 4 pm Saturday, July 29th at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto followed by a memorial service at 4pm with Pastor Ryan Cockrill officiating.

An internment will take place at a future date.
