Mary Ann Hood, age 61 of Toronto, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 29, 2011.Born January 23, 1950 in Pittsburgh, PA, she is a daughter of the late James Norcia and Mrs. Marie Melvin who survives. Mary Ann is Protestant by faith, and is a 1968 Graduate of Weir High School. She was the Assistant Manager for BP of Steubenville.In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her stepfather Don Melvin and a brother James Norcia.Mary Ann''s survivors include her Mother, Mrs. Marie (Ransom) Norcia Melvin of Toronto; her husband, Gerald E. Hood of the family home in Toronto whom she married April 21, 1973; two sons, Steven Hood of Cleveland, Oh. Dustin Miller and his wife Susan of Richmond, Va; a daughter Geri Lee Hood of Toronto; Five Grandchildren, Steven and Braydon Hood of Cleveland, Oh; Natalie Snyder and Doug Snyder III of Toronto, Oh; Joshua Miller of Richmond, Va; Four sisters, Mrs. Katherine Jones and her husband Tim of Florida, Ms. Carolyn Norcia, Ms. Geri Gibbs, and Mrs. Sandy Melvin all of Weirton, WV; two brothers, Robert Melvin of Weirton, WV Ricky Melvin and his wife Linda of Weirton, WV; a mother in law Mrs. Gladys Hood of Toronto, OH; and several Nieces and Nephews.Family and friends will gather for visitation on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at the Clarke Funeral Home a
