Mary Jane McElreath, age 69 of East Liverpool passed away surrounded by her loving family Sunday May 25th at the Sienna Skilled Nursing Home of Wintersville.

She was born May 31, 1955 in Steubenville the daughter of the late Austin "Bill" Lamp and Betty (Whaley) Lamp. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Linda Peterson.

Mary Jane loved to do landscaping, paint pictures and above all she loved horses. She graduated from Stanton Local High School and the Jefferson Technical College.

She was presently employed by Managed Benefits of Pittsburgh as a client support specialist and office manager.

Mary Jane is survived by her husband, James H. McElreath, Jr.; daughter, Julie (Stephane) Picard; son, Eric (Samantha) Gerkins and grandchildren, Mackensie, Xavier, Austin and Mara Rose.

Family and friends will gather Friday May 30th from 3 pm to 7pm at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto. Following visitation, a celebration service of Mary Jane's life will be held at 7 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Dan Crowe officiating.
