Mary Virginia McMillin - Age 87 - of Logan Avenue - Toronto, died Monday June 11, 2001 at her residence of natural causes.
She was born March 31, 1914 in Toronto,the daughter of the late James Milo and Julia B. Stephenson Anderson.
Mary V. is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Toronto.
She attended Kent State University and Asbury College.
Mary V. is retired as a school teacher for the Toronto School System. She taught first grade for twenty years at the Franklin, Central, and Lincoln Schools in Toronto.
She was preceded in death by : Her parents / Husband - Dwight S. ''''Red'''' McMillin who passed away in 1979 and whom she married July 17, 1940 / a Daughter - Julie Ann McMillin / a Brother - Dale Anderson. Mary V''s survivors are: Son: James A. McMillin of Columbus, Ohio 2 Brothers: James M. Anderson and wife Carol of Victor, New York Charles B. Anderson and wife Helen of Toronto 1 Sister: Maudalene Kavulla of Venice, Florida Grandson: Ryan S. McMillin of Atlanta, Georgia Granddaughter: Jamee L. McMillin of Dublin, Georgia Visitation hours will be 2-4 & 7-9 PM Thursday June 14, 2001 at the Clarke Funeral Home - 302 Main Street, Toronto, Ohio 740-537-1234 or 800-588-1446. A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Friday - June 15, 2001 at the Clarke Funeral Home with Reverend Lucas Pina officiating. Burial will be at the Toronto Union Cemetery - Toronto, Ohio Memorial contributions in memory of Mary V. may be made to the First Presbyterian Church 116 N. Third Street, Toronto, Ohio 43964
