Mary Ann "Miss Q" Blake

Blake, Mary Ann Marshall, 59 of Eclectic, AL passed away in her home October 15, 2015.

Born January 9, 1956 to Michael and Irene (Plako) Mischik of Toronto, OH. She graduated from Toronto High School in 1976 and continued on to receive a bachelor's degree in Computer Animated Design from the Jefferson Community College.

She is survived by her husband Doug " Animal" Blake also of Eclectic, AL; daughter Samantha Lawrence of Toronto, OH; four grandchildren David, Xavier, Mackenzie and Austin.

She is also survived by siblings Bonnie Reed, Martha Long, Michael Mischik, Jr., Missy Kuglar and Monica Rice. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.

Mary Ann's visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 to 11 A.M. Saturday May 21st at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto, OH. A memorial service for Mary Ann will follow at 11 A.M. at the funeral home.

Immediately following the memorial service a memorial ride will begin at Frog's Place in Toronto and will end at the motorcycle memorial wall in Hopedale, OH.
